Initial 64DD support (can only launch 64DD games that also use a cartridge ROM currently)

Interrupt scheduling fixes - should fix some random freezes in some games

Pokemon snap improvements - The infamous "red dot" is visible now. If it's not working for you, you may need to go into %APPDATA%/Roaming/Mupen64Plus and delete "GLideN64.custom.ini", then restart the emulator
