### ADDITIONS

- Added an extra options menu

- Added a counter for unlocked achievements

- Added stage selection (available after 40 achievements or immediately available in the Patreon ROM)

- Added an option to disable health items in Mega Mode (available after 20 achievements or immediately available in the Patreon ROM)

- Added a random enemies option in Mega Mode (available after 30 achievements or immediately available in the Patreon ROM)

- Added Bonus Attack mode (available after 15 achievements or immediately available in the Patreon ROM)

- Added Boss Rush mode (available after 10 achievements or immediately available in the Patreon ROM)

### OPTIMIZATIONS

- Reduced the number of grenades Rolento can throw simultaneously

- Reduced the off-screen tolerance distance for thrown knives

- Modified the weapon pickup and throw algorithm to better allocate VRAM, or, as a last resort, remove another weapon from the ground if present

- Improved performance in Round 4-2

### BEHAVIOR CHANGES

- Reduced Haggar’s piledriver damage against all bosses

- Reprogrammed the AI behavior of all enemies

- Adjusted punch hitboxes for all players so they only hit enemies in front of the attack

- Adjusted Haggar’s punch final frame delay to allow infinite combos

- Modified the running algorithm for Bill Bull, G. Oriber, and Wong Who so their speed depends on the player’s distance

- Modified the knife-jump attack algorithm for Holly Wood and El Gado so their speed depends on the player’s distance

- Modified Edi E.’s behavior so he only shoots when positioned at the screen edges

- Modified juggling behavior when using special attacks

- Modified walking movement for J, Two P, and Damnd so their speed changes according to the step animation

- Adjusted Edi E.’s attack frames and idle position

- Updated Round 5-1 to include a sword and a pipe before reaching Abigail

- Modified item behavior when switching weapons so the item is always slightly pushed forward (arcade-accurate behavior)

- Adjusted Holly Wood and El Gado’s movement speed

- Modified Damnd’s behavior so he always escapes to call reinforcements only in Mega Mode

- Modified player behavior to allow throwing enemies by pressing backward at the exact moment of a combo

- Adjusted player aerial attacks to be invulnerable against enemies who are also airborne

- Expanded the vertical collision margin for breakable objects

### BUG FIXES

- Fixed a character freeze when a second player joins at the beginning of Round 3-1

- Fixed incorrect lives, score, and energy values when loading the game

- Fixed players’ starting positions when entering Round 3-1

- Fixed entry and results screens for Survivor and Time Attack modes in two-player mode

- Fixed enemy behavior so they no longer fall when released from a player's grab

- Fixed a bug that caused the red Holly Wood to freeze when touching walls

- Fixed a bug where Damnd could call the same enemy wave if hit mid-jump while returning from the platform

- Fixed a bug that froze the second player when hitting objects if the first player was not present

- Fixed an incorrect complete SRAM wipe when no save slots were present

- Fixed disappearing objects in Round 2-2

- Fixed a bug when returning from the extra menu to the main menu by pressing START

- Fixed the second player joining when starting Arcade Mode with only one player

- Fixed infinite score gain using Haggar’s piledriver against Belger

- Fixed graphical issues in scrolling and screen construction on the character select screen

- Fixed a bug that allowed grabbing enemies while they were airborne

- Fixed a menu bug that prevented exiting the jukebox and options menus

- Fixed a bug that prevented the Performance Mode from appearing in the menu

- Fixed a bug that prevented AUTO FPS mode from appearing without using a multitap

- Fixed incorrect enemy behavior that allowed them to grab the player mid-jump

- Fixed a Mega Mode bug that allowed infinite damage on bosses

- Fixed a bug that caused the game to pause repeatedly

- Fixed floating knives from Holly Wood and El Gado when hit during jumps

- Fixed unresponsive enemies off-screen that blocked game progression

- Fixed a bug that failed to unlock the achievement when finishing Survivor Mode in 1 Player+

- Fixed a bug that allowed enemies to throw knives and hit players even while airborne

- Fixed infinite hit bug on the glass at the end of Round 6-5

- Fixed third player positioning after completing the bonus car stage

- Fixed barrel positioning in Rounds 1-2 and 2-2 to prevent falling between them

- Fixed barrel collision in Round 2-3

- Fixed stage collision in Round 4-2 to properly detect diagonal fences

- Fixed walking animation frames for Bill Bull, G. Oriber, Wong Who, Axl, Slash, Andore, Poison, Roxy, Holly Wood, and El Gado

- Fixed Belger’s jump animation frames

- Fixed grab-capable enemies (Andore, Edi E., Rolento, and Abigail) displaying grab frames when the move could not be executed

- Fixed incorrect display of the “Go! Go!” warning (when Damnd was already on screen or when the screen could not scroll)

- Fixed the Mega Mode character select screen to only display names when the player is present

- Fixed Haggar’s inconsistent animation when moving backward while holding a grabbed enemy

- Fixed issues when hitting grabbed enemies if the button was pressed too quickly or when using turbo controllers

- Fixed corruption at the top of the background layer in Round 1-1 in 3-player mode

- Fixed a freeze when attempting to exit the achievements screen

- Fixed SELECT PLAYER positioning and countdown display when all lives are lost

- Fixed fire damage being applied even when the player used a special attack

- Fixed invincibility timing during special attacks

- Fixed the side enemies fall when knocked out

- Fixed inconsistencies in player aerial collision with objects

- Fixed freezes during enemy-to-object collision

- Fixed odd behavior where Belger would crouch and stand repeatedly without moving

- Fixed Belger’s vertical movement when being thrown through the window

- Fixed the enemy floating when forcing their death after bosses were defeated

- Fixed player positioning after throwing or performing a suplex on enemies

- Fixed intermittent corruption of the statue in the background scenery in Round 5-1

- Fixed player entry positioning in Round 1-2 to prevent alignment with the crate axis

- Fixed incorrect shading on Guy’s glove on the character select screen

- Fixed background shaking in Round 2-1

- Fixed horizontal displacement when a player falls from the sky after losing a life
