- Improved V-counter accuracy.
- Gets Lemmings 2 to boot!

- Added new command-line options:
-f/--fullscreen- for starting the emulator in full-screen mode.-c/--cartridge- for explicitly loading cartridge software.-d/--disc- for explicitly loading disc software.
- Made menu bar be shown in full-screen more often:
- When the emulator is paused.
- When no software is loaded.
- Made gamepad' right stick button pause the emulator.
- Forced use of fake windows for menus in full-screen mode.
- Useful for platforms where exclusive full-screen mode prevents real windows from appearing.
- Allows menus to be controlled with gamepad.
- Made emulator start in full-screen if it was full-screen when it was last closed.
- Backported default window contents from the work-in-progress Qt frontend.
- Makes it clearer to new users how to use the emulator.
- Fixed Windows title bar not being the exact same colour as the menu bar.
